Grooming Service Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

• Full Refund: Cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled service.
• 80% Refund: Cancellations before 12 hours without rescheduling.
• Rescheduling: Must be done at least 3 hours prior. A Rs. 200 rescheduling fee applies.
• Last-Minute Cancellations: Less than 3 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

Service Complaints & Refunds

• 100% Refund: If a complaint is reported within 3 hours of service completion.
• 50% Refund: If a complaint is reported within 6 hours of service completion.
• No Refund: After 6 hours of service completion.

Fraud Protection Policy

• All refund requests will be thoroughly reviewed to prevent fraudulent claims.
• The final decision on refunds will be made by The Pet At Home management.
