Fair and Transparent Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellation Before 3 Hours: Customers must cancel their appointment at least 3 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations Before 12 Hours Without Rescheduling: If a cancellation is made before 12 hours of the appointment and the customer does not wish to reschedule, an 80% refund of the booking price will be provided.

Rescheduling: Customers who wish to reschedule their appointment must do so at least 3 hours before the scheduled service. A Rs. 200 rescheduling fee will apply.

Last-Minute Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
